I'm shopping for my first AIO system. Getting back into the hobby after 16 years away. I noticed Brewzilla 9.25G lists 8lb minimum grains in the mash. Why is this? Do people actually have problems with smaller mashes in these systems?

I'm a fan of lower abv beers and would like to be able to sometimes brew smaller batches, so I can imagine I'd be dipping under 8 lb of grain a fair amount of the time.
