




Any other ways to Get rid of C-section pooch?
Hi All! Posting about any ways/strategies to help reduce c-section pooch and lower abdominal muscle protrusion. Here are my facts all laid out!
-6months PP
-baby #3 (3 c-sections, 1VBAC)
-most recent baby was the 2nd c-section due to failure to progress
-down to pregnancy weight 118-120 lbs
-workout with mix of core, cardio and weight lifting 3-4x per week
-in PT for deep core exercises, dry needling and scar release (all on c-section scar)
-PT states no diastasis recti
Anything I can do to reduce the lower belly pooch besides a tummy tuck? My belly and overhang makes me so depressed. I hate my body. Pics attached for reference at different angles.
