Stainless steel pan recommendation
Hi, hope this is not off-topic here.
I want to buy stainless steel pan. I know that it can more or less last the entire life, so I'm okay to invest a bit more, but don't want to pay for bad product.
I don't have too much experience with choosing pans, so if some of you could recommend something that will have good flat surface (oil will not go just on the edges for example), no hot spots, might be even oven-friendly (so I guess even metallic handle, but not a must).
I have induction at home. I am willing to spend reasonable amount. Right now I'm only buying one pan, so size should be probably 26 cm?
If it's important too, I'm based in Czechia.
