Hello guys hope you all are doing great as the tittle suggests my father had a guy install 20kw solar system on his factory a few months back problem is he accidentally deleted the app the the guy setup for him and now he can’t access the system through his phone. I tried making a new plant on the app with the rough specs ha gave me but the app notifies me that this plant already exists and that I need password for the previous id but problem is my father doesn’t know the password the guy who built it does and him and my dad had a big fight so he is no longer talking to us atm.Any help would be massively appreciated it’s been 2-3 months he hasn’t been able to access his system

Hello fellow businessmen and women I am an average 21 year old looking for guidance. I come from a middle class background and from the very beginning my parents have been very strict on what I should do suggesting I get a regular desk job but I always wanted to start a business of my own so I have started deep research into online reselling and retailing and I find it that whenever I research into products to sell I easily get scared that the product might not sell or I will not be able to sell it. I would appreciate it if you guys could bestow your knowledge on what do in my situation
