The VA denied my toxic burn pit claim for asthma. The letter acknowledges my exposure but states no direct evidence exists to link my condition to military service. Isn’t asthma supposed to be presumptive? It also denied my diagnosis of sleep apnea secondary to asthma and the exposures. I am new to all of this; any advice?
