I’m looking for a home in the st.louis area. I have a good loan for up to 370k. I make around 4k a month after taxes. I have over 100k in my savings. Im worried about the costs d/t relying on myself. Any advice? I’ve never been much of a risk taker so this has been nerve wrecking for me.
