Mounting a rear rack on Orbea Terra 2022-2026

I’ve made an adaptation that allows an Ortlieb Quick-Rack pannier rack to be mounted on an Orbea Terra from 2022 onwards.
The issue with this bike is the SpeedRelease rear wheel axle, which cannot be replaced with the Ortlieb axle. This makes it impossible to mount a pannier rack using the standard setup, unless you clamp it onto the carbon seat stays, which I wasn’t comfortable with. The point is that the orbea axle is threaded inside !
With a bit of DIY work and a few additional parts, I managed to create mounting points directly on the wheel axle, in a cheaper way than having to find an axle that is almost not sold.
I had to cut one of the rack’s bars to provide enough clearance for the tire and mount the rack upside down to avoid interference with the derailleur.
There may be a more suitable rack with enough clearance for this setup, but this Ortlieb is really very sturdy, to the point that it is quite difficult to bend or cut. I will need to do some change, especially the 2 screws on the axle, because you need to remove them in order to unscrew the axle.
