I'm not normally into pink or girlie type pens but I found this one so cute I just had to buy it, and I can put it in my bag with no worries. Another addition to my lower cost entry pens as I call them. The pen itself is the Platinum Meteor, Sanrio My Melody collection. The design images are more like a thin film sticker(?) and not sure how well it would last. So I decided to get creative and apply a coat of resin/epoxy. I will post a picture after I do it. I have never done anything with resin/epoxy so I will be reading up on it while I await my order.

I'm happy with my new additions... Pilot Custom Heritage 91 <M> Wild Grape, and Pilot Celemo (Custom) <F> Black to my small Pilot Collection. The few pens left that I want are mostly vintage and I'm hoping to get good deals once I find them.

Cleaning and inking I made a huge mess. I have an event tomorrow and dont wsnt inky hands. So, what are my chances at getting this out?

Took a chance on ordering this Jinhao 10 from Amazon. Surprisingly, this pen writes so smoothly right out the box. I didn't even clean it before inking it up. This is the first time I use the Monteverde Emerald Green and I must say it's a pretty shade of green.
