New bike Orbea Orca OMR – Small holes in both seatstays. Normal or defect?

Hey everyone!

I just got my new bike (Orbea Orca OMR- Carbon Frame) and noticed these small holes (same hight left right )on the inside/back of both seatstays (see pictures).
Is this a normal manufacturing feature (like a drain or vent hole), or is it a defect I should be concerned about?
