Why is notebooklm bugging out?
this could not have happened at a worse time during exams
- When i try and generate a video it almost never works
- On the few occasions it has worked (to which theres no pattern or reason), the video does not follow my custom prompt
- the 'view custom prompt' is now unavailable for all studio creations across every notebook
- when trying on my ipad as opposed to computer, it doesnt even let me prompt videos
- i tried logging out and back in - didn't work
Why is this app so faulty? its features change almost weekly, the app has different features depending on what device you're on or what country etc. who's running this thing and why is it so inconsistent? i even paid for a months worth of upgrade to get more videos and that didn't even help - waste of money as they dont generate and it still caps me after a few anyway. i've had to switch to using gizmo very last minute, which is alright but notebookLM became very crucial to my studying and now it's almost unusable to me.
can anyone help?
