I got a sinusitis rating in Oct 2025 and it was backdated to 2024 with 0% rating. My symptoms have definitely gotten worse since the decision came out. If I file for an increase during the 1 year after my rating decision but before Oct 2026 will it turn into a supplemental claim? I don’t think I have the records to show higher than 0% before 2025. I know I’m higher than 0% symptoms now but not sure if have records to prove earlier.
