To those that can do leg behind head/back, how?! I always found it cool and wanted do it but don’t know where to start

can anyone give me solid stretches for back flexibility for a chest stand? i’m able to touch my head with my feet in a bow pose and can do an elbow backbend easily. i can also touch my head with my feed in a wall boat
