If someone is taking a medication and tells you they are going to quit it cold turkey and they end up in ICU with seizures from stopping the medication are you in trouble because you didn’t stop them?
Adults in their 70’s, drug Gabapentin taken for 12 years nonstop. They are friends from 15 years old. No power of attorney, nothing legal binding between them.
