So I recently had a nighttime seizure and I was awake when it happened but because I was in bed when it happened I’ve been having some safety anxiety. I read about the Empatica alert bracelet but it’s like $500 and you have to spend that money before they decide if you’re eligible for a refund. Does anyone have the watch and if so, is it worth the money?

Also, are there any other monitors that are good? I’ve heard people using the oura ring just to measure their sleep quality and stress levels to inform their seizure threshold.
