Hey everyone, I have a 3rd and final interview this coming Monday with the Hiring Manager and the HR Lead. It's scheduled for one hour.
For context, my references have already been checked, but I know they are still deciding between me and two other final candidates.What can I typically expect from a 1-hour final call at this stage? And how can I make the best possible impression?
I really want to nail this and leaving them thinking I am the right person for the job.

Any advice on how to stand out against the final competition would be massively appreciated!
