Not eating in the morning might have caused me to lose my period. #Non-Insulin resistant #Amenorrhea

Hello all, you can check my previous post where I complained of not having seen my period for close to two years or is it one. One recurrent theme in that period was that I was fasting and eating mostly in the evening. I have been seeing my period for over six months now ( although I missed a month because of my new excercise routine, I think). I just thought to share this here I was initially overwhelmed by all the variables at play that could have caused this and I have not seen anyone mention how intermittent fasting could cause this. I hope this helps someone, I would keep updating with my experience. Note that I was never underweight and was in fact overweight by bmi, my testostorene levels were high as per my labs. The only symptom of pcos that bothered me much was my lack of period (because I did not want to be on birth control). As far as I know I do not have insulin resistance as per my labs and the fact that if I stick to diet and excercise I can lose weight if I want to.
