Would you extend trips if you could actually work from the destination?

For those who work remotely and travel with a partner or kids: have you ever thought about extending a holiday or trip if you could work properly from the destination?

It happens to me: I'd stay away longer if it weren't for the hassle of finding a decent place to work (wifi that handles video calls, a real desk and chair, some quiet). I end up cutting the trip short or working badly from the room while the family waits.

Does this happen to you? What stops you most: the wifi, nowhere comfortable to sit, noise, family around? And would you pay for a proper workspace at the destination, or do you prefer to make do for free?

How do you handle finding a place to work in rural/nature destinations?

For those of you living on the road while working remotely: how do you solve the "where do I actually work" problem in rural or nature destinations?

In cities there are coworkings and cafés everywhere. But when the destination is a small village, a quiet stretch of coast, or somewhere out in nature, where do you end up working? Just the accommodation's wifi and hope for the best? Have you ever left a place you loved simply because you couldn't work properly from there?

Would you pay for a proper workspace (strong wifi, a real desk and chair, quiet) in those destinations where there's currently nothing? Or do you prefer to make do however you can?

Genuinely curious how others deal with this.
