Resurrection, Confrontation and Losing a limb.
I need help interpreting a dream about my childhood dog, Vs my current dog.

I dreamt that my deceased childhood dog came back to life, but my mum wouldn't explain how. My eldest sister got very excited to see her, but when my current dog tried to join in the excitement, my sister repeatedly pushed him away and shouted at him. Suddenly, my childhood dog began aggressively biting my current dog's back. I managed to rescue my current dog and took him upstairs to my husband and my other sister to check him over. He had red patches on his skin but no blood, and he had completely lost one of his front legs, though there was no visible wound or bleeding where the limb used to be.
I woke up panicked, crying but no tears. My husband and I are currently in temporary housing without my current dog, and I couldn't find him when I woke up.
