just finished moving my hypr configs to lua.
Well. That was entertaining. While doing that I also learned lua, and I found out that it is now possible to do so many things in hyprland. I mean, you can configure and integrate things more closely to hyprland than before.
Tbh I feel like hyprland is a project that is getting mature together with me. At the very beginning, I was hell afraid about configuring my system in a programming language, but now, it seems like a thing that I was needed.
My hyprland configs are here, perhaps it might be useful for you guys. Also, well, I have a lot of things to do, rewrite a bunch of scripts, change hyprctl usage in... a lot of places.
I've been obsessed with formula 1 recently, so I made this project. It has a lot of features:
- Information about seasons: driver, constructor standings
- Driver statistics over year, all time: Average points, grid, finish positions, poles, q1, q3 appearances, team points share, penalties, wins, wins/podium streaks and much more
- Fancy grand prix calendar with dates and times
- Race, sprints, qualifying results
- Database search for drivers, circuits
- Fully offline: Install db once, update sometimes
It still has things to add and improve, perhaps a fancier CLI interface, or ... more stats to get? Written in python, 0% AI.
