Hi everyone!

My parents are planning to visit my husband and me sometime between February and April, and we’re starting to look at accommodations now since they’ll be staying for an extended visit.

We’re hoping to find an Airbnb, furnished rental, or similar place in North or Central Scottsdale. A few preferences:
-No stairs (single-story or elevator access)
-Safe, quiet area
-Ideally close to shopping and restaurants

I’ve been looking at Normandie Homes, but I’m not familiar with them. Has anyone stayed there or have any feedback?

If you have recommendations for neighborhoods, communities, or specific places to check out, I’d really appreciate it.
