Draining attack

Quick question before I bring it to the table

In GH:PG'24 you can have Draining Attack at p35

"As your enemy's life force ebbs, you grow ever stronger. If you have the Natural Attack trait, each time you hit with an Unarmed Strike, you gain Temporary Hit Points equal to the damage dealt by the attack."

If the Attack have increased damage (ie sneak attack) does it count in the temporary hit points?

One is the perfect assassin but the other is a massive killer, with over a million victims in only 7 years. Who is stronger (of course agent 47 is bloodied and primed)
