The Boson Systems team is proud to introduce what we believe is a completely new approach to modular night vision.
Meet the Proton OMNI, our new modular bridge, featuring programmable Manual Gain, magnetic controls, an integrated dimmable IR illuminator, Fischer power connectivity, and full compatibility with our existing and future Proton Optical Pods.
- Made from 7075 Aluminum and hardcoat type 3 anodized for durability, lightweight and premium finish, available in a variety of colors.
- Modular that makes the Proton OMNI intercompatible with all our preexisting Proton Optical Pods and future pod options (thermal pod ahem..).
- Adjustable Interpupillary distance with a locking function for a better user fit.
- Magnetic operated switch for a lifetime durability compared to mechanical.
- Manual Gain with a programmable knob featuring haptic feedback and adjustable sensitivity, customized at the end user’s request.
- VCSEL IR Illuminator with dimmable functionality and allowing the user to choose what type of glass will be installed (focusing, spread, clear).
- Powered by a single CR123A, AA or a battery pack with its modular battery compartment and 4-pins Fisher port.
