So I'm a senior who just graduated yesterday, and I'm living in 1019 (departing today in the morning). I'm trynna do some laundry before I leave for good, but it turns out, BU had deleted my account and all its remaining balance just yesterday, because me having my convenience points for just 24 more hours would be detrimental to BU's entire accounting system. So I looked it up, and they said I could use Greenwald Pay to pay for the laundry. So I downloaded that app and put in my $7. Turns out, our laundry isn't compatible with Greenwald Pay. The only option is to use stupid quarters, which I only have two. BU Student Financials office, if you can hear this, please return my $10.25 convenience points
