Lived in California for four years and just moved back home to the east coast. Super excited to do more camping out here as I didn’t really get into it until I moved to California. Took a little mini trip to the Adirondacks (Lake Placid). Did about 35 miles of hiking. Will definitely be returning for a longer trip! Im right outside of Philly so any cool spot recs would be appreciated!

Moved back home March 2026. Nearly 4000 miles, countless buffalo crossings, one new car battery, several sugar free redbulls, getting locked in a hotel bathroom, one fight at a cowboy bar, too many gas station stops, the best views in the entire world, just a few feral dog attacks, the best sandwich in the world (thanks Chicago), and enough memories to last a lifetime.
