Cashout paused - no response from actual support

I have gotten unusual activity message today and I haven’t done anything unusual / different.

I contacted support and I am only getting replies from Sophie bot - also emailed at support freechat - similar response from Sophie bot.

I sent the verification and bot says it has been declined; the link they send for reverify shows my id is submitted already.

I am getting worried about losing my cash now and I don’t know whether I should continue the grind while this solves or what - and is there any human who actually respons in freecash?

Lottery cases??

My friend’s account had lottery cases on their freecash app; i started before him and have got more offers and earning than him. Why haven’t I got access to them? What am I missing?
