I don’t normally make posts like this, but things have been moving faster than expected lately and I could use a little extra help. We’ve already cleared around 50k this month, another creator is coming onboard, and my current workflow is reaching its limit.

I’m looking for 1–2 reliable people to help with chatting and Reddit-related tasks. The work isn’t difficult, but being consistent, sharp, and able to handle yourself professionally is important.

The position is fully remote with flexible hours, and pay is performance-based. I’m not trying to build a huge team — I’d rather work with a small number of dependable people long term.
