I’m renting a house for a year and I want to have shades that do not cost a fortune. I don’t need them to be motorized but I want someone to handle all the measuring and installation. Any recommendations?

Hi- I wanted to get in touch and hire sitters from the local universities. Has anybody ever had any success posting on one of their job boards? I’m having trouble figuring out how to do it.
