Anyone else feel like remote tech jobs are getting harder to land to from Ghana lately?
A few years ago it felt like there were way more opportunities for developers, designers, and support roles across Africa. Now even entry level remote jobs are getting insanely competitive.
For those currently working remotely from Ghana, what helped you to stand out? Better portfolio, networking, certifications, niche skills, something else?
