Conquest and juggernaut are kinda the same person
Both are vastly stronger than just about anyone but aren't the absolute strongest of their respective empires, both have insane entrances and aura farm by just existing, both are mildly sympathic (juggernaut is a single oppressed dad who probably had his wife killed and conquest is very lonely, very old, and very insane), and both are used to take out abnormally strong people their empires face
