🚀 Hiring UGC Creators for AI Food App (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)
We’re building RecipeVault, an app that helps you save recipes from TikTok, Instagram, or anywhere. We’re looking to build team of creators(+10) to help us scale content across:
• TikTok
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• Facebook Reels
🎥 What You’ll Do
Create short-form videos (10–30 sec) showing real use cases:
• “I had 200 saved recipes… and cooked none → this fixed it”
• “Saved this from TikTok → cooked it same day”
• “This app organizes all my recipes instantly”
• “POV: your saved recipes finally become meals”
Focus:
👉 Save → Organize → Cook
💰 Compensation
Phase 1: Paid Trial
• 5 videos
• $20 per video
• Same video posted across 4 platforms
• Goal: test content + creators
Phase 2: Scale (if trial performs)
Performance-based (non-stacking):
• $20 base
• $50 bonus → 50K views
• $150 bonus → 200K views
• $500+ → viral videos
👉 Top creators scale to $500–$1,000+/video

✅ Ideal Creator
• Based in US (or understands US audience)
• Has made TikTok / Reels before
• Understands viral hooks
• Can post consistently (daily preferred)
• Bonus: experience with apps / AI tools

• Views → app downloads
• Strong hooks (first 2–3 sec)
• Shares / saves
• Not follower count
