How to claim winnings from US Court in the UK

TLDR; I live in the UK - Took a tow operator (also Pound and Authorising Company) to court at a Tow Hearing in the state of Texas. Court ruled in my favour and found one of the other parties at fault. The time to appeal has now elapsed. How do I get the money back?

I live in the UK but was on holiday in the US recently. I visited a bar in Harris County and had my car towed for reasons that I didn’t think were legitimate. I had to pay the Car Pound to release the vehicle.

Took the case to a Tow Hearing with a Justice of the Peace court and long story short, won. The hearing itself was a bit messy, with the judge initially ruling in my favour, then changing her mind and ruling in the favour of the Authorising Company. After further debate, it appears that she again ruled in my favour finally with the Authorising Company at fault- though this wasn’t said as explicit as the first 2 ruling amendments. In the court paperwork subsequently issued with the final ruling, she actually lists the Tow Company at fault and liable for the costs paid. They said they would appeal, but the time to do so has now passed.

Question is, how do I get the money back from them now? Do I send them a letter with my details and ask them to make payment? Is this something that the court mediates or enforces?

Not really sure where to go from here! Really really want to involve legal advice/anything that’s gonna cost me.

TIA!

Location: UK (USA)

Edit: The amount due/owed is around $320
