Why is the ac compressor doing this? Someone indicated it may need a recharge, but one was done 2 years ago. Also, where is the low pressure connection to recharge the AC, cant seem to find it.

Looking at this ‘82. These are the pics the owner sent. Should I run or whats the best way to investigate further?
