got stoned with some friends and a hypothetical popped up that we don't really know how to address. lets say a random person, for this scenario lets say they are american on american oceans, and for whatever reason they are swimming. then, a shark pulls them under and *somehow* they are able to beat the shark underwater. its a stretch i know, but it still begs the question. Could they take that shark home and eat it for dinner? If they did, what legal barriers might they run into?
