I think my cat has a UTI. He started peeing blood today. I don't have a lot of money. Is there anywhere I can take him to get tests and treatment that won't cost a lot?

UPDATE: It is a UTI. We got him his meds and we were able to pay the full amount without any issues. Thank you to everyone that helped out. I'm so grateful to you all. 🥲 I love this spunky little guy so much, even though he yells at me every time he wants something. 😆
