Obligatory rate/critique my 6 day PPLPPL routine

I try to make it 6 days a week and hit the entire routine but will occasionally take an extra day off then start in the middle of the routine the following week. Sunday is always a rest day based on family schedule.

The abdominal exercises I treat as optional, averaging hitting 2 of them (either cable crunches or weighted leg raises plus side bends every time). I'm prioritizing glutes with my legs days which is why you'll see barbell hip thrusts in both days. The first leg day I push heavy weight at less reps and then second day is just more volume based.

I do cardio most days of the week. I generally do stair treadmill 1-2 days and swim 3-4 times anywhere from 30 - 60 minutes. I shoot for an average HR during cardio times of 135 BPM which I can hit with the stair machine by syncing my apple watch to it. Swimming I tend to clock in a lower HR, usually averaging about 120.

Thanks in advance for the help!
