Can anyone recommend an edible breaded chicken cutlet?
Looking to make chicken parmigiana without the time and labour of prepping, coating and frying the chicken. Are there any frozen brands that aren’t questionable or disgusting?
Here is what I require : they need to be actual chicken, one cohesive piece, not a pressed mold of a cutlet , and it needs to be white meat. Prefer them to be breast shaped and not round. Compatible with tomato sauce (I do prefer tempura but I feel like it wouldn’t go with a parm) .
My oldest son and I don’t like questionable meat texture (things like preformed meatballs are a total no as well as gristle or beak)
Does anyone have a suggestion that they use?
Located in Canada so please no trader Joes/ ALDI/ whole foods suggestions. TY!
