Hi all. I’m just wondering what everyone else has done, I have the option of working as a new grad under a limited license at a hospital I have already accepted a position at.

I’m unsure if I want to work under the limited license and work under another RN or just wait until I pass the NCLEX to start working.

The only I CON think of is if I fail my boards, you get dropped to CNA. I test pretty good, I’ve been taking quizzes here and there and plan to get UWorld after pinning next week.

Thoughts? Opinions?
