A SIL provider took money from the wrong section of funding and left it short (community access) A second provider (me) didn't get paid, as it was "always about to fixed" i kept providing services and a few weeks later the plan rolled over and normal service resumed. its now been nearly 12 months and I'm still massively out of pocket and NDIS has said, rightly i suppose, I cant be paid because there's no money. This was after multiple complaints and supposedly an official investigation.

The SIL provider were supposed to pay it back and and reclaim correctly but never did.

Is small claims court an option.

Thank you all for the info
