Cuban Wraps
I've been trying to eat lower calorie recently so I've been putting a lower calorie bent to my prep. Today I tried to make a lower calorie version of a cuban sandwich.
1 soft taco size low carb tortilla, 1 ounce of black forest ham, 1 ounce carnitas (or your pork of choice), 1 half ounce of swiss cheese, 1 tsp yellow mustard, and pickles to taste. I used some pre-diced ones but long ones or puckle chips work well too.
Once you've got it laid out just wrap it like a burrito, heat the seam, and wrap in foil. One if them has about 250 calories depending on what you use so it's a good power snack or two makes a good lunch.
