Blocking a trial student

So I just blocked a student that booked a trial for his son and wanted me to prepare him quickly right before an exam.

Will my profile position be affected by this? It is my first block ever.

*I did it because support told me the father could still leave a review even if the trial did not take place.

Cannot risk it all for that.

Advice

If a student wants to follow a book that they already have, what do you do? Do you buy a copy yourself? Do they scan you the pages?

Thanks!

So I got this message from a new trial that said: "Hey, I booked a lesson for my husband and me!"

I always taught 1 person per class, and she never asked me before booking the trial. Now she does not answer messages and trial is about to arrive.

I contacted support and AI said it was perfectly fine to teach 2 together.

Later a human said: It is not allowed, contact the student and tell her to book 2 trials.

Now, what should I do? Student will not answer IMO.

Thanks in advance for your advice!
