I bought a PC that came with a fan stuck in the GPU mounting bracket, and it was like that for several hours until I noticed. Should I keep the computer or ask for a replacement? I'm worried it might have damaged my GPU (RTX 5070 Ti). Do the fans stop automatically when they detect an obstacle, or is it damaged? I'm worried because it cost me over €2000.
