Just found this sub. This is our new rescue boy, Martin
We adopted an 8 month old boy just under 3 weeks ago. He has settled extremely well but has starting to get more curious about going outside. Everywhere online suggests keeping him inside for 3-4 weeks. I was going to wait 4 weeks but my vet then recommended 6-8 weeks. For those who have indoor/outdoor cats, what did you guys do and how did you know your cat was ready to start exploring? He is chipped, neutered and fully vaccinated.
