My i 485 was received on March 30 and I completed my biometric on April 2nd. The timestamp was updated on 29th April, so I reached out to Emma on that date and was told my case was transferred to San Jose Field Office (local, interview waived). I saw another update today again and Emma told me my case is at NBC. I was quite confused by this. Anyone here has heard of similar sequence of events happening?

PS: The second Emma officer told me “ you have already inquired about this case, why’re you asking again, you’ll get the same information” 😅 and closed the window, sheeshh
