Decent hand speed for my size?
So the first bit I want to make it clear that I am just trying to hit it with speed and power, technique almost entirely out the window so I don't really want form tips on that part, as I'm just testing my flurry speed and intentionally gassing out. I just wonder if my hand speed is alright? I am 6 foot 2, 93kg. Not in very good shape. I would be 82kg if I wasn't a bit fat on the stomach and chest.
The second slower part I was legit trying to have good form, so I would love tips on that.
I've only been on the heavy bag for a month, but I've messed around shadow boxing very sparsely for about a decade. I've never had any kind of actual training, mostly just copying fighters I've seen. I think I lean forwards way too much and keeping my hands up feels horrible and unnatural for me, but I guess that just comes with consistently doing it?
