Making a quick compilation video of suspected hypermobile joints for PCP to review

Hi! First time posting here!

My doctor agreed that it would be helpful for me to make a video that captures my suspected hypermobility prior to our upcoming appointment. Obviously going to record all of the beighton scale points as well as my “party tricks”. I was considering just going through each of the items in the ULAS & LLAS and recording what I could from there as well, minus any that could potentially be too sketchy to perform solo.

I was wondering if anyone has advice for what I should or shouldn’t add? Apologies if this isn’t allowed or has already been answered before! I appreciate yall :)

Hiya! Not sure if this is the exact sub to ask these questions but I’ve been really curious for a while now.

Does anyone have insights on whether the self-stats or the placing in the tournaments are accurate?

Context is that I only learned how to start solving puzzles within the past year and a half. It started as a fun thing to learn while I had down time at work and turned into something I do daily. I don’t think that I’m utilizing a good chunk of the advanced strategies that I’ve noticed listed in the info on this sub. I never use the note taking function and just go for it.

However! I have exclusively been playing either the “master” or “extreme” (two hardest available) options for a long while now. I get pretty good times solving daily without notes and almost exclusively get “faster than 99% of other players” for master, and usually “faster than 80% of other players” for extreme. I also notice that I seem to always be placed in 3rd for the basic tournament until I open the app after the time limit has ended, where I see that I fell from 3rd and got something lower. I’ve never tried to keep track of who does stay at the top of the tournament because the app randomly assigns “usernames” and they haven’t been memorable enough to notice any patterns for higher ranking players.

I guess I’m trying to figure out whether the tournament rankings are legit or not? I do play a lot but I also find it a little hard to believe that I’d consistently be sitting at 3rd place for the majority of the time limit.

Also how accurate the percentile is for how quickly you solve difficulties compared to other players. I’ve definitely gotten pretty quick with solving but it just feels inflated somehow?

If anyone has any info or thoughts I’d be super interested to hear about it! Thanks for reading :•)

Edit: forgot to mention that I don’t use the hints function and only use the “undo” or “second chance” options if I genuinely pressed the wrong number on accident. I usually don’t make incorrect entries for numbers but if I do, I tend to just restart a new puzzle.
