Last year I got a CT gift card for Christmas. Didn’t go to use it until June. The store said it expired and I was like uh what? Then I contacted the number on the back and she told me the card was used in January in Quebec. I said impossible, I live in Toronto and was not in Quebec in January.
They sent it to the investigation team. They finally agreed to send me a new gift card. I confirmed my address. 3 months pass and I have not received the new gift card. I reached out and they agreed to cancel the one they issued in June and send a new one. I still have not received it but it’s just been 2 weeks so it may still come.
Just curious if anyone has had this experience?

Gift card was originally purchased in Cobourg end of Nov/beg of Dec 2025.

So AJC posts a video of making mini muffins and gets called out for not giving the original creator credit. Then CS posts a video making the same muffins and credits AJC. 🤦‍♀️

I have two gold memberships and I want to upgrade them to prestige. Can I do this at guest services?
I’ll have to pay for parking but then would they reimburse me or give me a credit for that cost of day parking?

Also just want to be clear - I have a gold membership. I find in a fb group ppl use the word membership
And pass interchangeably and it gets confusing.
