I just wanted to share a positive experience with Spider Farmer. I recently had an issue with a defective controller, and their customer support has been amazing throughout the whole process.
They replied to me the same day every time and were genuinely helpful from start to finish. They also helped me find a solution after I won the GGS Controller and offered me a really good deal on a new duct fan that works with the new system.
I’ve been really happy with their products, but what impressed me the most was the customer service. It’s great to see a company that actually listens to its customers and makes an effort to find a solution when something goes wrong.
