I've had the trainer about 2 weeks, first time using one. It feels ok riding it, but it's so much noisier than I expected. No amount of gear shifting or aligning the chain does anything. Not too sure what's going on, would appreciate any input.

I've contacted Jetblack, just waiting on a response.
