There was a movie an old one and I only remember one scene: a gang was working with scientists to research a substance that consumed oil. Later, they poured this substance onto the oil on the ground, and it destroyed all of it. Even a woman’s shoes there melted because they were made of plastic. Their goal was to secretly use this substance to deplete the world’s oil reserves while stockpiling oil for themselves, so they could sell it to the world and make a fortune. Jackie Chan might have been in it—I’m not sure. It wasn’t a Turkish film, it wasn’t dubbed, and it wasn’t a TV series. Also, the scientist in that scene was saying something like this to his boss standing to his right: “We’ve completed all the experiments” or “The experiments yielded results,” or “The experiments are finished,” or “We completed the substance/experiment within the timeframe you provided.” The woman whose shoes were melting was standing to the scientist’s right, and when her shoes started melting, the scientist said something like, “This substance also melts all materials containing oil or made from oil. "Your shoes are plastic," or something like that. The substance was in a tiny glass jar. They were pouring a barrel of oil onto the ground, and that tiny amount of substance was melting both the barrel of oil and the shoes. Everyone in the room was amazed by this. It might be a movie without Jackie Chan; I’m not sure. Any ideas?
