Recently received quotes from (3) companies to have zonalite vermiculite removed from attic. Quotes came in at $6500, $13,000, and $25,000 from the three different companies and all quotes include containment, removal, cleaning and air testing for ~900 sq/ft of attic space.

Now the $6500 quote is enticing, but I'm a little concerned with how low this one is compared to the other two. Is there a reason why this quote would have been so much lower? And is there any risk I should be considering by choosing this company to carry out the work?
